We are a local charity providing information, practical help and support for visually impaired people.
Further Information
The York Blind and Partially Sighted Society Resource Centre is the only place in York where you can try out over 200 pieces of equipment which can help people with sight problems do everyday activities. From talking watches to scales, big print newspapers, calendars and magnifiers, we offer a volunteer visiting service giving practical help and support to people in their own homes. Our eye clinic service provides information and support at York Hospital.
