Ripley Star Club - North Yorkshire
Overview
A comprehensive restoration and refurbishment of the historic Hotel de Ville at Ripley near Harrogate to provide a wide range of facilities for all members of the community.
Further Information
The Star Club was formed in 1947 and provides a range of sporting and social activities for the community. In recent years it has become the home for RipleyBlues a much respected live music club which attracts high calibre artists and fans from a wide area.
The club is financed by membership subscriptions, profits from the bar and rental income from the hire of the main hall. When funding our project we received support from The Ripley Castle Estate, The Heritage Lottery Fund, Awards For All, Harrogate Borough Council, North Yorkshire County Council and Entrust.
