Assessors Information

Our assessors are paired up and are allocated to three applicant projects. An on-site assessment of each application is made and a report is written. This report is then submitted to the Award Review Group, which determines whether or not each scheme has been successful. The Assessment Panel meets once a year and brings together all the members, enabling them to share experience, improve the Community Initiative’s procedure and paperwork. The two Award Holders Gatherings held each year enable the Award Holders to share experiences and best practice as well as developing ideas for the future. They are essential tools to follow up the Awards, and as the Awards Holders define the agenda and give presentations, they are very warmly welcomed by the participants.
