Assessor Recruitment Information for The Duke of York's Community Initiative
It is essential to increase the pool of Assessors, in order to meet the requirement for the assessment of additional applications.
Being an assessor is purely voluntary - many of our colleagues have been with us for several years and find it very rewarding.
Those who already carry out any forms of assessments in the Voluntary sector may be interested in membership of the Assessment Panel and applications to join the Assessment Panel can be made at any time.
The Commitment from an Assessor:
- to carry out on-site assessments during the period September to November
- to preside over to three or four applicant schemes
- to write up the assessor reports (three to four days per year).
